The good: Appreciated that he arrived on time. The painting and curtain rail removal was done well and he cleaned up after himself.
Not so great: Had to supervise the light fitting and hanging of paintings more closely - paintings were initially hung skew so we had to re-measure and drill new holes. Mess created by drilling was not cleaned.
Disappointing: He said he would return two days later to finish the last task (taking down a tree) but cancelled on the morning he was supposed to arrive and told me to find someone else.
