Very unprofessional and I'm unhappy with the service...worse I waited a full hour for them to arrive at home and at the storage facility,had to direct them on how to pack up the furniture.

Feedback  When Peter arrived we found that there was no paper to wrap glasses in, so he went to go fetch paper and plastic. Then his workers did not label boxes so when we got to the new place we were unaware which boxes have what stuff in. I also had some glass breakages as the champagne glasses were packed on top of glass plates with one piece of paper between. My dishwashing liquid was put in a black bag with other washing stuff and leaked out everywhere including on my floor. I was disappointed by this lack of care and planning.
