Hi, we are breaking out two walls to make the living room larger. A large corner window will be installed in this room. Existing parquet will be used to patch the floor and the other areas will be screeded. If the building works are within budget, we'll add retiling of the bathrooms and possibly a kitchen makeover. The plans have been drawn up by a professional architect, but will only be submitted to council for approval once the scope of the project has been finalised. We also have input from a structural engineer, so the beams can be easily costed.
