He has just done painting at my place. He is very good at what he does, I am very satisfied with his work. He is reliable and trustworthy. He has reasonable pricing with very good workmanship.

The biggest job was done a few years back, and over the years we used them for smaller jobs as well. It was important for us to have proper management and control of workers on site as we were running a guesthouse and did not want interference and noise from the venue building site which is 70 meters away. Jefrey was always on site, always early and on time, worked difficult times/hours when it was required, had good communications with my husband who directed what we wanted to have done and they knew what they were doing. Their workers were well behaved and worked quietly. Kind and friendly owners and workers, can highly recommend them. The final cost was very reasonable. We had several other bad experiences with builders before we met Jefrey. Builders did not pitch, did not finish jobs, did not clean, brought too many new inexperienced workers on site (which we considered security risk and effected quality), delayed the job because they were busy with others and causing us losses in time. Blomofu (Jefrey) was the opposite, hence the extensive recommendation. The site was outside Stellenbosch, unfortunately this portal does not allow the correct entry, it was not the university campus.

His a hardworking guy who know his work very well. He is also very trustworthy and he doesn't need to be monitored when he is doing his work. He does exactly whats expected from him. He is a very punctual guy and he worked tirelessly to finish my house within the agreed timeline.

When I asked him to quote me on the jobs that I would like done and I spoke of things that I did not know he could get done, he referred people that he works with and had the pictures ready to show their workmanship. He told me exactly what I needed for the jobs and even assisted in getting quotations for me to plan and budget ahead. When I asked him about the casting of the floor, he suggested we use the paving bricks to lay a walkway around the house and indicated to me the damage that the moisture did and explained how it would protect the paint, etc. I must admit, the paving is making such a massive impact and I am very grateful for that suggestion! They levelled the floor and paving in such a way that the water gradually runs away from the house and there's no place where the water accumulates on the floor that was cast. The waterproofing they did is also done very neat and he suggested a good quality material. As I've mentioned, it's still a work in progress, as I have plastering I still want them to come to do, but that's what I truly like about Cosie and his team. He will work around your schedule and your budget and he gives you suggestions that save you money, but still give a quality end-product. That said, with that flexibility, one also has to understand that his current jobs/projects take preference, but he always gets back to you about when he can come or when his current projects will be completed. I for one will wait and trust his referrals to anything I need to be done, from plumbing to windows to painting, etc. He has become my go-to guy in anything in and around my house. I am sure that Cosie and his team will not let you down.

I have used Clayton's services and he has proven to be a good builder. He painted my house, installed paving, and built and painted my boundary wall. I am very happy with his services. He managed to complete his work on time. He also cleaned up and collected all the rubbles. I would recommend his services.

Mapepa has done building work for me. He has built four houses for my clients. His work is really great and he can work under minimum supervision. Mapepa always meets his deadlines. He also cleans up after himself. I would recommend his services.
