I plan to remove all the tiles on the kitchen and bathroom walls and floors. I have bought 35m2 of tiles to replace these. I want to retile the whole bathroom floors and walls, the kitchen floor and a splash tile in the kitchen. I plan to remove the bath in the bathroom and replace it with an 880mmx1020mmx1850mm showe, remove the toilet and replace it with a freedstanding toilet, remove the bathroom sink and replace it with a vanity sink combination set which I have purchased. I also need to replace all the bathroom taps with mixers I have bought, as well as their drains with drains I have bought.

The hot water tap in the main bathroom shower lost pressure and stopped working completely. It’s just the shower hot water all the other hot water taps are still working 100% so the problem must be at the tap itself.

Toilet makes a loud sound like it's the pipes an also the toilet is lose an the tap needs a washer

The Plumbing valve needs replacing (air control to allow flow), It is only one toilet connected to it and that pipe is blocked as well as leaking from the pvc pipe on the inside. There is one small section outside on the pvc pipe that also has a hole and needs a small replacement. The drains are all clear and there is flow from the other bathroom and sink/shower, its just one outlet pvc pipe from one toilet that has this issue. To sum up, 1 blocked pvc pipe due to broken air valve (outside) 1 leaking pvc pipe on the inside, 1 small hole and leaking pvc pipe on the outside

I want my bath removed ,I do have a shower in the bath,I want a nice flooring and glass door and big tiles a new toilet and basin and new floor tiles ,my bathroom is very small so not expecting too much money to be spent
