Feedback  l hired Shawn to do some bathroom renovations for us at a place that we rent out. He brought his guys to start the work and then he just stopped at one point without communicating with us what was wrong. When he finally showed up he had excuses and his behavior towards us had changed to the worst. However l have to commend that the guys who did the actual work were great and their workmanship was on point. The actual work was done perfectly, It was just bad on Shawn's side as the manager.

Description  Revamping of 2x bathrooms including new plumbing piping, bats, WHB, and WC's. Installation of new gypsum ceiling boards to bedrooms and bathrooms. New electrical wiring and plug points as per my request.

Description  Shawn painted the entire house interior, replaced wooden flooring in one bedroom, replaced built-in wardrobes in the same bedroom, and painted the house ceiling.
