Description  CAD Architectural Service (Craige Merrington) updated the plans for my entire house to reflect the internal walls that I'd knocked down, the new windows that I'd installed, the windows that I'd replaced with sliding doors and the new verandah. He advised me on how to support my roof once I removed two internal walls and he drew up brand new plans for a garden cottage and extra garage. He also submitted everything to council on my behalf and the new plans were approved in 3 days.

Feedback  Craige was fantastic. He listened to exactly what I wanted, gave great advice when requested, was incredibly patient with me when I kept changing my mind, met with my builder to advise him on how to support the roof, drew accurate plans and submitted everything to council on my behalf.
