Feedback  At the office, we wanted tiling done, then Claude came through to do the job after we hired him for that. He did a great job and we did not encounter any problem with him and further more, he has a correct attitude. He also performed some painting in the same office to complete a graet outstanding look.

Description  Claude stripped old wall and floor tiles, removed old galvanized pipes in the walls and replaced them with copper pipes. He waterproofed the shower walls and floor before laying wall tiles and mosaic on the shower floor.

Feedback  Claude assisted us when we were having bathroom renovations. He built the shower, floored it, and pit tap fixtures and fittings. He also took out the old tiles and replaced them. Claude came in early worked long hours till he was done. The quality of the work is perfect and excellent. I recommend his neat services.

Feedback  Totally dissapointed in Claudes workmanship. He started off well and convincingly but this job become too stressful when his attitude changed to confrontational when he faced his first challenge. He doesn't weigh the corners and possible challenges or discuss before he start which resulted in wastage of good tiles which are out of stock . Doesn't do lay out prior to tiling and place owners on us the customers to resolve snags he find himself. Yet, not willing to follow instruction given. This led to misaligned, skew foyer floor tiles on stoep spoiled and water level run in opposite direction.(after clear discussion that no water should stand on stoep) He waisted my tiles, crack and chipped some that can't be replaced. He left a piece of wall un plastered which I only saw after they left. In short, I will have to do my foyer over as it is unsightly. This will cost 7 boxes 600mm tiles as well as labour to chop out and tile.

Handyman

Description  He removed a door and walled it up. He also replastered a face brick wall which another handyman had made a mess of and it is now beautifully straight. He put rhinolite on the wall to smooth it off, and also painted and retiled the floor and part of the walls of the scullery. He retiled part of the kitchen as well. New taps were replaced in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Feedback  Claude worked very hard, long hours with few breaks, and very meticulously. I was able to leave him to continue while I was out of the house and he always cleaned up well after each day's work. The quality of his work is extremely good and he pays attention to detail. I will continue to ask him for help with any work needing to be done in the house.

Renovator

Description  Claude did an extensive home reno - repainting the house, inside and outside. He refitted cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom vanity. Tiled the whole house and exterior shower room, rewired some electrical plugs and patched up the leaking shower room roof.

Feedback  He didn't need to be managed, we felt comfortable leaving the work site to attend to some personal errands. He even gave us a guarantee on the job he did! so, if we do pick up on any sections he didn't do well, we are welcome to call him back.
