Feedback  The day got off to a rather shaky start, when the crew arrived at 10.15 instead of 8.30. Thereafter, it was all go. There were a couple of breakages, nothing too serious. Because of the late start, there was a late finish, but everything was well and truly cleaned at the end. I took this for granted, but shouldn't have - when emptying and re-stocking cupboards and drawers, it would have been useful to first photograph each shelf and drawer to ensure things are replaced in the same way. It's rather annoying and time-consuming to have to search for items that have been misplaced, particularly if they are small. Other than that, all was fine!

Feedback  When l contacted Farai it was late in the evening and l needed her cleaning service for the following day in the morning, l was quite happy with the quick response that l got and how they were able to organise someone for me in such a short notice. Generally l can say the service was quite good and l never had any issues. I only used them once because the person who usually does my cleaning was no available for that day so l needed an alternative.
