As an estates agent I have used him on about 6 - 7 properties since last year, and he is very good at what he does. What I like about him is that he is reliable, I never have to trouble myself with supervising him and he makes sure that he does precisely what is required. On one occasion I encountered a minor problem and when I told him he returned and fixed it promptly. Overall, his service is professional, he does exactly what I want, and he goes an extra mile to personally delivers the coc's to my place and he is a nice person, I can recommend him anytime.

After rewiring my house I've used him to: add driveway lights; install a geyser; balance the DBs and finally stop mystery tripping. He'll work late or at weekend to ensure I don't go the bed with an unsolved problem. Life would be perfect if I could find a plumber, builder, and carpenter like him.

Based on the prices that you offered me I consider him to be affordable and can work without any supervision. Gift he's a hard worker and can also work after hours if there is an emergency.
