Cost  He costs are a definite value for money

Description  I needed someone to fix cracked tiles in a cottage at my house. Godwin advised me that fixing was not a good idea as there were many other tiles that were loose already. I got him to retire the whole cottage and he did an exceptional job at a very short notice. He was tidy, professional and communicated any information that I needed in order for work to continue effectively.
