Feedback  Ignatius does a lot of work as a Builder/all rounder handyman. He has worked for me personally and he also does work for us the in the complex. He is very good in his work. His prices are very much affordable. He has got good communication skills, his quotations and invoices are professionally done and sent through to his clients. He always gives feedback in everything that he does. He has a team that he works with, they are very spontaneous. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for his services.

Feedback  We have been using the services of Ignatius for the past 3 years. He is reliable, trustworthy and his work is outstanding. He is the only person l recommend to anyone looking for a builder.

Cost  For a long term project (3 months) that he did for which involved fully renovating my Grandma's house, it cost R100 000. For work he did on my own house which involved painting and plastering 4 rooms, re-wiring the electricals, roofing and tiling of the whole house, it cost between R20 000 and R30 000 including materials.

Description  I have used Ignatius on a number of projects involving building renovations, plumbing, painting, roofing, tiling etc on my own house and my grandma's. His tasks specifically included waterproofing/ vent proofing, piping, basic electrical installations, bashing a wall to make my kitchen open plan. I also use him for maintenance work at my offices in Midrand.

Feedback  Ignatius is fantastic. I can't picture myself working with someone else because I know how hard it is to find a decent artisan/ builder. He is very trustworthy. When he was working on my grandmother's house on a 3 month renovation project, I gave him the keys to the place without hesitation so that he could open and lock up the place when he worked there. There was never any negative incident that happened during those 3 months. he is someone who is quick to respond when I call him, he even sends me a text each time the materials arrive and constantly updates me phonetically on the progress he is making. His tiling is very beautiful and it definitely leaves you visually satisfied. As with all jobs mistakes happen but the way Ignatius handles any shortcoming is remarkable. This one time a toilet he installed for a friend I recommended him to, started leaking. Ignatius made it a priority to come back the next day to fix the leak. My friend was pleasantly amazed because its rare to find contractors that follow through with a task the way Ignatius does. Another thing I love about his work is his tidiness. Ignatius goes as far as vacuuming his work space if any dirt or rubble is left behind after a job. All in all, his workmanship is brilliant and I wish him the best. I rate Ignatius a 7 out of 5!

Cost  On the last job he removed and installed new aluminium windows on my house, build a wall, put Rhinolite and plastered it for about R12 000

Description  Ignatius has done many jobs for me mostly construction based. His jobs included building walls, painting, hanging decorative mirrors, putting Marbelite in my swimming pool, basic electrical work and tiling the whole house.

Feedback  Ignatius is fantastic and punctual. I have no complaints about his work. He is someone who takes initiative. This one time construction material ran out and he promptly went to a hardware store and bought more material from his own pocket. I like the team he works with. They are also punctual, professional and polite like Ignatius. All in all, Ignatius is a hard worker. I recommended him to do work at a bigger complex estate and they were happy with his work too.

Description  Ignatius does routine work for me in my complex estate. He mainly does building work like paving, house structural repairs and various fittings around the complex buliding.

Feedback  I would personally recommend Ignatius. He is reliable and trustworthy. I would absolutely leave him in my home to work in my absence. As far as affordability goes, you pay for what you get with Ignatius. If he continues with the work he is doing, he will certainly do well for himself.

Cost  On last job he did waterproofing for a 10 m by 3 m roof and charged R3500

Description  Ignatius does full maintenance work on 20 apartments I own i.e. plumbing, electrical wiring and re-plastering. He has also worked extensively in my home in Sandton, with tasks ranging from plastering, tiling two bathrooms, painting and installation of plumbing.

Feedback  Ignatius is a remarkable guy, I absolutely have no complaints about the guy. I use him often and he is trustworthy. I have left his to work in my home and apartment buildings unsupervised countless times with no problems. He usually works with his brother. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
