Feedback  We were under the impression that Isaac was going to the job himself so he misled us because he would come and drop the guys, check their work for a a short time and then leave only to come back later in the day. The guys did the job well, and we were happy with their services with no complaints about the work. They cleaned up afterwards.

Feedback  If I could give a review of 0 stars I would. Be warned, NEVER use Isaac and his team for any other work other than for plumbing. His plumbing work was good, he just delayed and often left my project to attend to another shortly after I left the property daily. He would return shortly before the mandated ending time and claim that the work took the whole day. This dragged on for 2 weeks although he promised it would take 3 days. His tilers totally messed up ALL of my tiling. I removed them. He brought in new tilers to fix the place but they also messed up as the tiles were uneven. I’ve subsequently had to buy a new set of tiles for the WHOLE place. Isaac is dishonest, he takes on multiple jobs at the same time then delays on his delivery and has shocking workmanship. He is untrustworthy, has many excuses and he lies. He stole my money and has not returned it. I wish I had read the last bad review on his profile and taken it seriously. Be warned, NEVER USE HIS SERVICES! If you do it will cost you more in the long term. The damage he caused is above R25000 which is more than 2.5 times his fee. It’s NOT worth it! He is very polite and nice when you meet him however he makes excuses, changes his guys often and doesn’t monitor their work, is ALWAYS late and disappears with your money. Truly a wolf in sheep’s clothing. It’s criminal.
