Description  He removed old cupboards and replaced with wall to wall built in cupboards. Updated ensuite bathroom vanity, added a custom door to the ensure matching the new cupboards. Added cupboards doors to a shelving space in study and replaced 4 internal doors plus hardware.

Feedback  Lance did the reinforcement of the vibracret and installed the carport right around the house and did the entertainment area. He also re-tiled the toilet, bathroom, and installed the shower and the cabinets. He also replaced the steel windows with aluminum windows and installed a sliding door at my house. He gave me the gates and installed them for me so that the dogs will not come into the entertainment area. His workmanship is quite good, and I never had any problems. He was hands-on and had a great team that he was working with. He pays attention to detail and performs well without supervision. He is hardworking, reliable, and knowledgeable about his work. I was honest about my budget and he managed to work with my budget. He was always giving me ideas to help me save money. I have recommended two people and they were satisfied with his quality of work.
