Feedback  I got to know about Langton from a referral. He repaired my fridge, the compressor was not working well. He was punctual and with all the tools he needed for the job. He did a clean and neat job, he left my house clean. I did not had any problems with him and I can recommend him to anyone who need his services.

Description  He sent Craig, a techie, to determine what needs to be fixed on three of my fridges. Firstly, he was a hour late for his appointment, secondly he managed to identify that two was worth repairing. An half an hour later both fridges worked perfectly. I warned him to make sure that there was no gas leaks. He arranged for an invoice and I paid them via eWallet. He left and I phoned my customer to come and inspect the one fridge and pay me and arranged collection for the next day. The next morning the fridge didn't work and I had to refund my customer. I phoned James and he promised to cancel all his appointments and come asap to attend to the problem HE Didn't pitch so asked him to refund me. He hasn't responded. I think maybe I have been scammed!

Feedback  I am concerned that he is not serious to do your company justice. If he doesn't repay me I will have to take the matter further.
