Description  Mandisa and her team came to deep clean my home and continue with twice weekly maintenance cleaning.

Feedback   Mandisa and her team came to deep clean my home and were to continue with twice weekly maintenance cleaning. This has arguably been one of the most traumatic and horrible experiences in my life as a consumer. 1) Mandisa started by giving me a quote for her services telephonically and subsequently gave me a different (more expensive) quote on the day. Her explanation for this was that she usually does not tell clients about the tax additions. This made no sense to me because no client would like to commit to one quote and subsequently be made to pay a much higher fee on the day. This was the first dishonest encounter with Mandisa. 2. Mandisa subsequently requested that we pay her upfront for the full months work prior to having done any work. Her reasons for this were that clients often cancel after she has had to incur a number of expenses in preparation for rendering her services. I found this abit strange (rather request a deposit?) but complied . 3. Much to our disappointment and dismay, Mandisa disappeared and went silent on us 2 days after completing part of the job . She ignored my calls , texts . Having taken our money, needless to say Mandisa has never returned since. 4. After days of no response, she eventually returned my call and indicated she would be ready to resume her duties. I found this extremely insensitive and disrespectful . She put her own personal needs above a service we had paid in full for. 5. As if this has not been traumatic enough, my husband and I have lost many newly purchased items from our luggage . Mandisa and her team are unable to account for these items. 6. The cleaning and packing of clothes is untidy, haphazard and disorderly. Her staff show no regard for organised packing of items. I felt they simply rushed through the work and shove items away. We have struggled to reorientate ourselves since. 7. Though paid for, Mandisa did not execute a number of services she promised such as: curtain cleaning, weekly maintenance cleaning, carpet cleaning ect. 8. On my first day of meeting Mandisa, she further proceeded to request a sum of money from us. While we were willing to consider request on condition of her giving full disclosure, this was quite unprofessional and uncomfortable for us as first time clients and felt Mandisa had assessed us to be “wealthy naive “ people (which we are not btw). 9. As if this were not enough… she proceeded the following day to ask of the money immediately which was not in keeping with our original agreement. I repeat… nothing about this experience has been pleasant. We simply felt as though someone had assessed or googled us and took an opportunity to exploit our kindness and extort us for her own gain, behind the facade of a cleaning service. I certainly would not recommend this to anyone unless you are discerning enough. Truly disappointed and have expressed this to Mandisa. I will not be back. This has not been an easy review to write as I hate to give a bad report but in the interest of protecting future clients, I have had to.

Feedback  Mandisa normally comes to my house to do basic general cleaning as well as ironing. She is a great lady who I have been trusting for quite sometime. I keep on hiring her back because her service is outstanding.

Feedback  Mandisa is such a sweet lady who is not only honest but punctual when she comes to work. I have used her twice so far to do general cleaning at my house. I will call her again for the third time because her work is not only good but her charges are affordable too.

Feedback  I hired Mandisa to do some cleaning a newly built empty apartment that need cleaning of mainly the floor tiles and shower area that had black stains. I think she did not execute her job well according to my brief because she arrived rather late as she was coming from another job.
