Cost  R800 for the pump and R550 for call out but then also fetching pump and replacing it.

Description  Our dishwasher was leaking water from the back. Lloyd gave me the impression he knew what he was doing and knew what to test (unlike other servicemen we have tried for other appliances over the years). He ascertained fairly quickly that the pump needed to be replaced. He tested the dishwasher in a logical thorough way. He removed the pump and showed me the two seals that were worn and that unfortunately the pump would need replacing. The one seal was deep into the pump and not something you could just swop out. I loved the fact Lloyd was super prompt at coming out and did not need to take my appliance away. He was exceptionally courteous and helpful in explaining what was wrong. He then needed to fetch a new pump and replace it but managed to do within a few hours. Would definitely ask him again to fix any other appliance.

Description  Machine washing machine was leaking and the selector switch was no longer working. He changed the PC board and put in a new pipe

Feedback  My machine is still leaking, I called him so he can come check the machine again but to this day, he hasn't shown up. It took him days to finish a job that required a few hours and there was no communication from his side.

Feedback  We are a gas dealer, and we sell gas to other gas retailers. Lyodd designed and installed cages and fences where we store the cylinders so that they will not get stolen. He has done this for us nationally where our retailers are. Lyodd's work is like a prison for cylinders because they can not be broken easily and one can not find Lyodd's work anyway. His quality of work is outstanding and great value for money. He kept me on the loop throughout different projects, and I was impressed with his service. He is an excellent service provider, and I can recommend his services.
