Feedback  He replaced my alarm battery which had expired. He also rewired the panic button back to the system. He is professional and knowledgeable about his work, it's been 2 years now and have never had any problem. Besides that, he is reliable, a man of his word, he is honest with good communication skills. He communicates whether he is running late or in case he can't make it he doesn't just dump you. He is open-minded, you talk and discuss everything and negotiate as well.

Feedback   He fixed our gate motors which were no longer working both main and back gate. He is reliable, you can call him anytime he avails himself, he doesn't give excuses like others whether it's after hours or weekend and he doesn't charge extra for that. He gives advice and you can discuss, he engages you always. He is very professional, unlike the previous person whom I had hired before Joshua. I highly recommend him.
