Feedback  I got to know of Mike and his service through a friend of mine who referred him to me. l have used him since then for electrical and plumbing work. He also helps to fix my electrical appliances when they become faulty. What l like about Tawanda is that he is a reliable guy who also communicates well. When he cannot make it for work he always makes sure that he let me know in time letting me know what will be going on. He is truly a good person to work with and l can recommend his service to other people.

Feedback  l have used Michael's service on a couple of times and he provided me a very good service. He helped me to refill some fire extinguishers for my work place as well as for my home. He is punctual and the prices were quite affordable. Everything about his service was excellent and l never had any problems with him.

Description  Plumbing, and painting

Feedback  I bought a house in Florida and it required some attention, l hired Modernize and he renovated my bathroom and painted the inside-out walls. He is a great plumber who knows what he does, he installed a toilet, bath, shower, basin, and neatly tiles on the floors and walls. His workmanship was good and his prices are well within the market range. I got him through Facebook Marketplace and l can sincerely refer him to others.
