Description  Mike flushed my fridge, re-gassed and reset the sensors and was very efficient. He's a very pleasant guy and I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone.

Description  I have a Samsung Side-by-Side Fridge-Freezer: RS21HDTTS 1/XFA. The Compressor had failed (the Fridge-Freezer had completely stopped cooling and freezing) and I needed it to be replaced. Mike reassessed the Compressor, confirmed that it needed replacement, procured the right Compressor and did the replacement at my home - all within 5 hours of my first discussion with him.

Feedback  Mike knew exactly what he was doing and was polite, friendly and most helpful in explaining things to me. I won't hesitate to make use of his services again, should the need arise.
