Description  Waterproofing the roof and fixing the ceiling

Feedback  Mkhululi did some work at my mother’s house in March 2023 (waterproofing on the roof as well as installing a new ceiling as the previous one was damaged by water from the roof leak). He picked up some mistakes done by builder Which he fixed. He completed the work around the 1st or 2nd April. On the 3rd he checked if everything was fine. I told him everything seems to be fine but we’re yet to check as it has not rained. 4th April it rained. I sent him some pictures and videos of the leak, he didn’t respond. I sent him another messages on the 6th of which he then said he’ll come through on Tuesday, 11th April. Again he didn’t show. It rained again on the 9th and the 10th heavily, of which the leak was worse than before, tried to contact him again to no avail not even a response to my messages. He later on responded to me saying he’s in Pretoria he will come through when he comes through… Till today the roof is still leaking and we are still waiting for Mkhuli to come fix. I must say his service this time around was VERY BAD, not to mention his attitude, and he did not show any concern whatsoever. A brand new ceiling is being damaged by water from the leak he assured us that he closed. Another expense 😡😡😡😡

Feedback  I was renovating my house, and Mkhululi broke the walls and rebuilt them the way I wanted. He also painted the interior and exterior of my house and did a good job. He was hands-on and had an assistant who was helping him. He started the project on time and finished within the agreed time. He was thorough and performed well without supervision. I can recommend his services.
