Feedback  I was sceptical about using Nal for the work required because of some of the reviews I saw about him. However, I can honestly say he is a trustworthy, honest and humbled person with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to his area of expertise. Twice he came to install our gate motor, first time it was stolen - due to our own doing, we did not get a lock for the bracket as he advised. The second time he provided us with various ways to secure it and keep it from being stolen, from welding it securely, to purchasing a lock for us to secure the bracket and even created a cage for the motor providing not a second layer but third layer of protection. He came up with many other options which we could not implement based on our needs. I am extremely happy with his professional and work ethics, a very respectful and punctual person. I have saved his numbers for future projects needing to be done in our home, I will definitely call him to automate our garage doors.

Feedback  Nal (Ismael) replaced our Garage door motor with a battery operated motor in March. Within March me then contacts me and asks for fuel money that he will repay as he is stuck next to the road and has a job lined up. Loadshedding cane and Garage door does not work... I then contact Nal to replace where he comes back and states he can't replace it as he does not have the funds to do so. After a struggle I got him to agree that he will replace it today @ 12 and he never pitched for the job. 1. He did not leave the remotes for the garage door. This will cost me additional R460 on me to buy 2. 2. R250 additional fuel which was not paid back. 3. Batteries still not replaced. Additional costs will be incurred here as well. The worst of all is I paid Nal upfront in full to do the job. Don't go down the same root I did. Overall very disappointed.

Feedback  I overpaid by R100 which he promised to e Wallet but to this day he has not. I realized the overpay after he had left. I was checking my money and was not balancing out and i called him to say I paid 200 more, after a while he called to say he only see R100 extra which he will e Wallet to me so we settle the issue at that point.

Feedback  He realy made a mess of the doors. Was not fitted correctly. Skew, not all skrews were used to secure side pannels. Had to drill numerous wholes to get correct distance. Unnecessary made the side pannels shorter. The doors are not on the same hight. He made new holes for the locks with a grinder. In fact he messed up the doors so much, that I cant even thinking of getting somebody to fix the mess he made. If this is the quality of pros kandua presents, then it tells me never to use them again
