Description  Supposed to have done building work. Which he never did.

Feedback  Constant hassle to try and communicate with, never pitched to 3 occasions. Asked if he was still coming 7 minutes before the appointment. And he responded he was still coming. Then asked where he was 6 minutes after the agreed time. Then only responds, not he can’t come because he doesn’t have a car. This unacceptable. Won’t use him for any business.
