Cost  I was quoted R15 000 excluding paint and materials...I only discovered later that this was for only one coat instead of two...which I researched on the internet as preferable. Another worker the Waterproofer Mphai quoted me R52000 for the same work which I found very harsh.

Description  He painted 375sq m of roof and water proofed a small portion of a cottage roof. He also painted the wooden eaves under the double storey part of the house and replaced about 2m of wood that had rotted.
