Description  Hired Philemon for tree felling and rubble removal. He left with our money without finishing the work. 1 He did not remove all the trees 2 He did not remove all the rubble. He knew I needed every removed but he failed to do that. Took another job left us waiting for him. Gave us 3 different stories. I want him removed on the site scamming us. I will do everything to make sure people know and the site management knows.
