Feedback  Alex did paving at my house and his work was excellent. He started on time and finished within the agreed time. His work was neat, and he cleaned afterward. He was hands-on and had a great team that he worked with. I can recommend his services.

Paver

Cost  5500

Description  We had requested a Meter paving around the house.

Feedback  Firstly we agreed to a quote being R4500.00, after day 2 I was asked to make it R5500.00 due to the leveling of the paving that needed to be done. Everything went well, till we found out, paving was only done at 80cm and not a full 1m as we requested, they job was rushed, we explained clearly what and how we wanted the paving done as we requested at the time, some places,work was not complete, no grouting, sand he put ontop of the paving as grout washed away, boarders not cemented or complete, paving not level, Drains blocked as they never covered the outlet pipes ,place left untidy and dirty. Had a team of 4 guys the first few days, after day 2 he did the finish ups himself with nobody else of his team around and was the only one on-site. Threw rubble on my tiles stacked against the wall, cemented only till where they could instead of removing the rubble, Work not up to standard and I now need somebody else to finish up, I asked for Alex/Phineas to return to come fix as he was already paid and now doesn't answer his phone. Tells me he will get back to me but doesn't, We trusted him as he seemed to know what he was doing and even paid him a day before he was finished as we used different banks (delaying up 1 day for the funds to be cleared) I even spoke of other jobs to be done, yet Alex/Phineas has proved he is just after your money. And will never consider or recommend any body to use his services. Like everybody else, the guys think of now and not tomorrow, I had other work for him, but now stuffed up his own chances. I went out my way to help him when he had a flat wheel the one night while being stranded the one night and yet, this is the fuck you back to me in return. Me as a client am left unhappy do to the lack of effort put into completing the job he took on.

Handyman

Description  He cast a slab of 30sq mtr

Painter

Description  Alex painted all the walls and finishings of my 3 bedroom Duplex unit. Plastered the outside walls, Deep cleaned my carpet and moved my furniture for me too. Its amazing how many skills he offers. Alex pays lots of attention to detail.

Feedback  Alex is excellent at his work, but also very good at managing his staff and time. His knowledge about products to be purchase is impressive and he makes sure that he saves you money where ever he can.

Description  He did paving for my driveway.
