I always make a list of things I need to be done that she do not do everyday like change the bedding or if she needs to iron or do the laundry. She is punctual and trustworthy as we never miss anything if we leave her alone at home. About payment we just told her what we were giving her sister and I just topped a little and she was okay with the payment. She communicates well with me, she send a message or write everything she needs in the book for me to read it. I am very happy with her services.
