Description  Smoothed walls in two rooms. The job ended up being much bigger than initially quoted, due to how bad the walls were. Raymond fixed issues the original builders didnt care about.

Feedback  He showed up with a team, introduced them all to me and made sure I knew them and they know who to ask if they needed anything. He not only tidied the work area, but also the areas that were affected by moving materials to and from where they were needed.
