Feedback  Unfortunately I cannot give Regardt a good review! He gets 5 stars for constantly lying and not delivering the service he quoted and promised. He has a different excuse every day for not arriving to work. Blaming other clients for his no-show. Further to this, his team works without his supervision. A 5-7 day renovation on carpentry in my kitchen and bathrooms going back to June, a 2-week project for building walls and filling a jacuzzi hole has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. Regardt assured me that all the work would run simultaneously as he has different teams for the work. The work should have started last week June and complete by middle July. Further to this, Regardt told me to pay an additional deposit on work he was still to commence in my garage so that he could pay for the wood as it was on promotion. When I queried where the wood was he said that the supplier is storing it but needed the money to at least pay the promo price. After more than a month of him not being punctual and not finishing anything in my renovation, and costing me my temporary employment in July and August, I asked him to deliver the wood that I had paid for on promo and I would get someone else to complete all the work. I just learnt this week that he lied about my order for my garage as he falsely told me the material was on sale so that he could secure more money from me. I personally called his wood supplier to find out about my order and they confirmed not knowing him or anything about my order. I have asked Regardt many times to refund me the deposit of R21,000 for the wood and deliver the doors for the carpentry still outstanding and he is just ignoring me. Huge thanks to Kandua for assisting me with this horrible and very expensive experience. I pray that Regardt refunds me my R21,000 so that I can complete my renovations with another reliable contractor. Guys, watch out for these guys that use your money to roll their lives and other customer jobs! Regardt, kindly refund me my R21,000 please !!! You have all my details. I have since found out that he did this to someone else in my estate, plus my neighbour who also gave him work is still waiting for completion as well...

Description  Closed up my staircase, so there were no gaps between each step, and fixed my kitchen cupboards with some new hinges.
