Retina is very understanding, respectful, and accommodating, regardless of negotiation on her rates, she still does her job very well without any supervision. She can be trusted because l used to travel for weeks and leave her with the kids, she manages the house well, and helps them with homework, and she has never given me any reason to complain about her work.
