Renovator

Description  The original plan was to make a wider window in my lounge, but we had to settle for two smaller windows due to a structural contraint.

Feedback  We had some issues with the building, but Rice went out of his way to sort out the minor mistakes. For me, how you deal with mishaps is almost more important than getting everything perfectly correct. Rice can be commended on his commitment to make right.

Description  He changed the roof, did painting and some general maintenance in my home.

Feedback  He is very professional and has good work ethics. I trust him with my property, I can leave him working in the house without anyone watching him and nothing will be spoiled or lost. He is very reliable, neat and thorough with his work. He delivers accordingly and on time .His prices are very reasonable. I recommend his services.

Feedback  They did complete bathroom renovations. They did some Plumbing, Tiling and Painting. The Painting team was very good. Rice's company did a great job, the various teams he has are good at what they do. He has good customer service. I am happy with the end results of their job.

Feedback  They are doing a complete house renovation from Building, Painting, Plumbing and Electrical related jobs. He has a great hardworking team. If there is a problem, its easy to call him directly and he manages the problem as soon as possible. They are still busy with the renovations, so far they are doing an excellent job and I am happy.
