Description  He sold me refurbished batteries that he claimed were on speacial

Feedback  Roberts Sold me refurbished batteries that he promised 15 years guarantee and now he is not picking up my calls nor communicating with me. He claimed his batteries are okay while we tested the life span and it says replace. The batteries worked for less than two months and can't power 1 ligjt more than 30 minutes. What a waste of my hard earned cash. The only help I am getting for Kandua is that they will freeze his account? What about my money?
