Description  Installed a new kitchen

Feedback  This Sam guy ran away with my shoe rack and my fruit baskets he doesn't answer my call or return my messages he is a fraudster. I paid him R5500 and R13.1k for material and he just left the job unfinished. His number is 082 639 7299 samphiriy@gmail.com

Description  Fitted a new kitchen

Feedback  We hired him to demolish and fit a new kitchen. He said it would take 3 days to fit the kitchen. After one week of working on the job he startef to turn up everyday to work after 11am and would leave around 3pm with minimal work done. After 2 weeks he asked for some payments for fuel etc of which we blindly gave him more than half of his payment. After that he left and never came back giving one story after another. Our kitchen is halfly done and messed up. We had initially started referring him to our friends and colleagues. Immediately we started calling our friends and colleagues to disregard his services .I would advise to stay away from this Sam guy.(if that is his real name) He is a fraudster looking for a quick buck and takes advantage of people who genuinely are looking for service. At best stay away from Kandua. Look for professional companies or get referred to people you know where they live and who they are. We have since opened a police case on him and they are looking for him.

Cost  R1400 not worth it

Description  He had to install new blinds and properly install wooden rails with extenders, install door seals, laundry line, hose hanger and tool hangers. All the work was okay except the installation of rails and the blinds. He did not use extenders as I had initially wanted he clipped the rails and cut my rails which were installed wall to wall. I had wanted the rails that were cut short to be joined he did not do that or even offer expect advise. The blinds were not installed he took out old blinds and just put in new ones. I thought they needed to be screwed out but they just needed to be taken out and new ones put in. I would advise ladies/women especially to be weary when calling out some of these people to thoughrouly check work before people leave. He had initially charged R1150 after the work was done he asked for R1600 in then gave him R1400. The work took a while only because I dnt think he new what he was doing. He made a quick buck I'm sure that's what he thought to himself. Rails are not his speciality.

Feedback  He did not offer expert advice. I should have managed him but unfortunately when one finds services on a website and one tries to support business people who are doing something and not standing at street corners or stealing apparently that's where we go wrong.

Description  He did some carpentry work, plumbing and painting for me.

Feedback  He is an excellent service provider. I have used his services a number of times, and I am always happy with his work. He fixing some cupboards, doors and changing window pans. He also installed some burglar bars. He fixed my leaking ceiling and bathroom taps and pipes. He also did some painting for me. He is very good at his job. His work is outstanding and it does not have any comebacks. He is very dedicated and focused on his work. His working ethics are fantastic, and I will definitely recommend him to others.

Feedback  He has done a lot of work for me for the past years. He installed some bedroom and kitchen cupboards. He also installed a ceiling. He put some wooden floors for me. He is very good at his job. His work is outstanding. He is reliable and committed to his work. I have no complaints about his work. It is always a pleasure working with him, and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
