Feedback  I used SAMSHOOD to repair some minor cracks at my house. He is professional, hardworking, and delivers within the agreed timelines. His prices are reasonable, he does the work thoroughly, and cleans up afterward. I recommend him to others.

Description  Nothing, I cancelled 2 days after paying a deposit. I told him I would like to move the date to January since I had an family emergency. He still did not pay back my deposit! It has been over 2 months now!

Feedback  He never showed up, never paid back my money, changed his cellphone number.

Feedback  The service overall was a catastrophe & a nightmare I do not wish to re-live. Sam took many projects at a time, was hardly ever onsite to supervise his staff. There was rework, wastage of material & damage to brand-new fittings. He hardly ever kept his word, was disrepectful, unethical & unprofessional. My domestic worker mentioned Sam was revealing to her our project confidential information, e.g how much money we spent on installations of my daughter's new wardrobe, etc. In one instance, Sam asked for money from me to go buy material citing he needs the material for the bathroom ceiling ASAP - I asked for receipts, to this day none where provided, it's one excuse after another, it's highly likely he brought onsite material from one of his other projects. Sam wouldn't pay his staff for the work done & he would use me as an excuse, he would telll his staff I haven't paid him whereas I had already paid him handsomely a numerous times. Sam caused so much strain & heartache to me & my family. We had a very turbulent life in the 4 months he was working on our property. You can appoint Sam if you are willing to risk your sanity, peace, time & money. I had picked Sam because I saw good reviews about him, why he opted to give us a treatment from hell, it's still a mystery to us - however, we suspect he took advantage of our kindness.

Feedback  I hired samshood to do ceiling repairs. They did a good job though they took longer than anticipated. They are professional and their prices are fair. Though they didn't completely tide up, I was happy with their job hence I can recommend them to other people.

Feedback  Samshood was unreliable and on certain days would not pitch up and I could not get hold of sam. I was them told it was traffic and vehicle breakdowns. Toilet was installed scew and I was told it would not be possible to move the toilet after installation. The tap is also leaking, Sam was suppose to fix the tap on site 2 days ago and refuses to take my call.
