Feedback  We agreed the day before that they'd come at 10h00. I then suggested they could come an hour earlier on the morning of the day but got no response to that. I would have been nice to know definitively that they couldn't come earlier. They were 15 minutes late for the 10h00 appointment and had to call and check with them if they were still coming.
