Description  He was supposed to do epoxy in my whole house, build a wall around the house, build a garage and car port

Feedback  The floors are already starting to chip and are uneven. He did a lousy job on my floors. Under quoted the work on the garage, walls and car port then got an attitude when he started demanding extra funds and I put my foot down because I also had funds according to the agreed budget. He left the garage doors unlockable and the car port without the top cover. Just left poles mounted. He left my yard messy and demanded extra payment to clean up the mess. Nothing was built according to spec, all in all a waste of my money!
