Feedback  Silas came through as per our agreement, he was punctual, he is a professional guy who does his job thoroughly. He did capentry work, baby changing stall and it was breathtaking. He was very professional from the consultation right through to the end. I was happy with his work, his quatation was market related and I will definitely recommend his services to anyone who requires them.

Cost  1500 for a rubbish unfinished job

Description   untidy unfinished job .

Feedback  Not happy , will not recommend this man. Not honest with his quotation .i explained what I needed to be done but he tried to do it his own way . Was supposed to reface my kitchen cupboards . Did a very untidy job , quotation was reasonable but he gave wrong measurements for the material cuttings as he did not expect me to purchase myself. For a kitchen with only 9 doors and 3 side panels he needed 4 sheets of boards which is ridiculous . I purchased as requested but After the material came he later said the company we purchased from gave us too much material forgetting we followed his measurements and cutting instruction without making any change to what he put in writing . I wish I was able to upload pictures of what he did unfortunately I don’t see the button that allows me to do so here . Very disappointed because I was ready to pay exactly what he himself requested for . His quote was 6800 including 800 transport , 4 sheets board for 900 each and his Labour inclusive . I then bought the glossy board which was 8000 and I provided my own transport because I have a bakkie. all I had to pay was labor after the job was done . Before he could finish he was very rebellious to my correction of how untidy he was with the edging of which I have proof over texts message. And did not want to replace the side panels but just wanted to add side panels on the old ones making me have limited space and having to compromise on my new tiling job . I asked him to leave the job in peace and he requested to be paid for not even half the job. I paid R1500 for the sake of peace . Very disappointed!!! Especially because the impression given was that I wasn’t ready to pay . When not for a single day did he requote . I was not comfortable paying deposit because I bought material myself and I wanted the job to be done half way atleast . Me buying the material means t me paying more anyways but he was too shroud

Description  Custom Built a mounted cabinet for my home

Feedback  Silas was great from the word go. He called me to arrange a time and date at my convenience to measure and then agreed to install my cabinet on a Saturday, again at my convenience. He was professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend him for your woodwork requirements.

Feedback  He worked independently as a labour only painting contractor using materials supplied. He is very reliable and efficient. His work is neat and his knowledge of trades and ability to communicate accurately and clearly are excellent.
