Feedback  Sphesihle came in to do electrical work for me. He was installing and connecting cables to the meters from the rooms. I paid him after he completed the work and he bought some of the materials and presented invoices after he was done. This was done to avoid slacking because some people slack after they have received payment before completing the job. I am happy with his work and he knows what he is doing. However, he should work on his punctuality.
