Feedback  The job took two days, on the first day he came and he didn't have all the equipment needed then he came back the following day and the job took 45 minutes and i was impressed with that. Description  The Kitchen sink was loose from the Granite top and he put on some silicon to glue it back to the granite top

Feedback  He was trying to take a shortcut, the top wasn't completely off, it was loose on the one side, so he wanted to put silicon on the one side only and fortunately I was around and I told him to remove the whole thing, strip the old silicon and put a new layer of silicon and put it back properly, so I'm actually glad I was around because this raised a concern and he was quite expensive for a 20 minute job

Feedback  He's damn good. He is very professional in all aspects: dress, politeness, punctuality, and invoicing. I must commend his invoicing in particular - it was very clear and detailed. I left him to himself in my en suite - my female intuition told me I can trust him, and it wasn't wrong. There was a lot of mess from the leaking water, which he took it upon himself to clean up. He is so responsive. I phoned him 3 times for a single job, since I needed to reschedule, and I got hold of him every time. He then managed to accommodate my rescheduling with very short notice. He called 3 days after the job to see if everything was fine - which of course it was. I'm really impressed by him - I'll keep using him and referring him.

Feedback  One of the things I like about him is, whenever I call him, he there in a flash. When I had a burst pipe, he arrived almost immediately, and I really credit him for that. Before I used him, I used several other plumbers, and had lots of problems which each of them. But I've never had a problem with Thabo - he's very reliable. He is my go-to plumber. In the rare cases when he's borrowed things, he's returned them. Honestly - I would recommend him to you.
