Feedback  The job took longer than expected. He skipped a day and only informed towards the end of the day that he will not be coming, this caused going 24 hours without a toilet in the house. No sense of efficiency, he would inform about missing materials at unreasonable times and blame the customer for delays. No sense of customer service. There was too much drama but eventually the job was done and came out nice. He just needs customer service skills.

Feedback  I hired ROB to do tiling at my house in my doorless bathroom as well as creating a gentle slope on the same floor so that water does not flow out of the shower area. Their job was just fine but they were not neat. I also had to correct them on the spacing of the tiles were you would normally apply grout and they rectified the spacing to be even and uniform to the best of their ability to give a better look. .

Description  Rob did a total revamp and renovation of my main house bathroom. Which came out absolutely stunning. He also redone my out cottage, from the bathroom to kitchen and living space. This to came out excellent. All the work done was neat and professionally done. Rob and his team are always cheerful and pleasant. Description  Rob did three jobs for me. He tiled my powder room. He tiled my guest bathroom and fitted the fittings very well and lastly he redid my entire main bathroom. He took out the corner bath, vanity and shower and installed a new floating vanity, freestanding bath and walk in shower. His team are pro tilers and his plumber was one of the best I’ve seen in a while.

Feedback  Rob kept me updated every step of the way. He would let me know when they encounter a challenge. Having dealt with contractors before, I insisted every purchase be run through me, even if it’s a screw. That way you manage the cost of the build well. The only thing I’d want Rob to do is the rubble removal process too so best negotiate that upfront in the costs.

Feedback  Rob did 1 commercial and 2 residential properties for me so far. Mostly he did general plumbing maintenance but on one of the houses he did a complete bathroom renovation, he got rid of the old pipes and re did all the fittings for a complete bathroom. He is a professional, he did everything he said he would do which is hard to find these days, and he cleans after himself. He never tried to renegotiate prices, even though on some occasions the work exceeded his expectations, overall, he is a very helpful person and he has never let me down, I will definitely use him again.

Description  He replaced a kitchen tap and tap washer.

Feedback  He didnt make it for the original appointment but came the next day. Replacing the tap was quick and efficient.

Feedback  Rob was punctual on the day we agreed that he will start with the job. He knew what he was doing and he worked quickly and efficiently and also cleaned up afterwards.

Description  Originally, he came to unblock my drains. Then we had to re-direct the drainage as the drain could not be opened.

Feedback  One problem lead to another. My paving was lifted and not put back properly. Even after he came to fix it, is is still not good. He can do simple work, but this job might have been too complicated. He did not remove the rubble as agreed.

Feedback  Rob offered and supplied me a free on-site quote a few days prior to him coming to work on a Saturday. He arrived early and got on with the task which he did perfectly. His quote was fair and I am very happy with the transaction.

Description  I had a problem with my shower the pipes were blocked so he came to change the whole plumbing system.
