Feedback  He never gave us a receipt for our payment, despite him promising to send it to us. The 2 of these workers were very rough in their work, and nearly broke my glass table with their ladder. They messed up our bed by climbing on it (including the pillows and blankets) without prior permission. Not impressed

Description  Unblocked a sewer junction, installed new gulley, reconfigured junction and pipe falls to prevent future problems, neatened up some messy water supply pipework

Feedback  Good attention to the detail of the problem, offered options as to how to resolve and I feel confident with the work done on plumbing that had given me problems for years and had never been properly tackled by previous plumbers. Was unable to meet the original appointment time and did not keep me properly informed, but came early the following day as agreed and worked hard the whole day to fix the problem. Price - R6000 for 3 people, full day (R3000 for materials, R3000 for labour.)
