WE are getting false alarm activations , sometimes very often. By the way, we called yesterday and a mechanic called Cliford called back. He made an appointment for 9:30 this morning (28th) but did not arrive. He called later to say that he is on his way but was nowhere to be seen. We then called him again and made a new appointment for 2:30 pm but did not arrive again. I called him and he told me he is in KP but that he would be here in 30 minutes. It is now almost 5 pm but he is not here and there has been no call from his side. What would call this service? I would call it: terrible and a very bad service.
