The window was on the first floor, and the bars on th3 inside prevented installation from inside the house. The team quickly found a way to scale the outside and installed the window after measuring and neatly cutting the required size. The inside was a bit messy from old plaster/putty, but it was a huge help that they could fix the window on such short notice over the holidays.
