It was a very big Job which they have finshed on time ( 2 1/2) weeks . I was very happy with the quality of work ,the professionalism before and after, the price was not what i was expecting very reasonable for the work done ("i think they under charged ") . Eg installed new toilet seats, replacing cornices in the livingroom and hiding excess wiring in my home. I however had to do several trips for materials and think it’s an area he can improve. Description  Tiled Lounge, Dining Room, Sunroom, Passage , 3 childrens bedrooms, main bedroom and 1 bathroom. Also renovated 1 bathroom and had to re-level the main bedroom floor.

Feedback  The front area of the house went great, tiles were done beautifully. When it came to the childrens bedrooms and passage it started going downhill, found many tiles where corners didnt line up (spacers were not used), tiles were not level and some corners were higher than others, complained on numerous occasions and every time they are sorry they will correct, tiles were taken out and replaced, (at my cost) every time we asked for tiles to be replaced the tilers gave a bad attitude. Main bedroom floor had to be leveled prior to tiling, which was leveled incorrectly and slanting down to the one side. Tilers tiled the bedroom and Kennedy had to come remove the tiles himself on a sunday as they were so skew. Bathroom project was started and bath was incorrectly installed (stand on bath was built in), and this after i send kennedy pictures of what the bath was supposed to look like being installed - He didnt even show the pictures to the plumbers. Then the basin pipes were installed too low down and they wanted to drill a hole in my new bathroom cabinet. Eventually the wall had to be opened again and pipes lifted up. The tilers didnt even know how to install the bath inspection hatch, they tiled around it, and when confronted the tiler told my to my face that i was stupid. The length of the project took days longer to complete than it should have, due to mistakes having to be corrected all the time. On the last day of the project, i asked Kenedy to come meet with me, to discuss the last pricing and the mistakes and he refused saying its costing him money. I told him that i dont feel comfortable paying full price for a job that was not done properly, to which he replied saying that those very same workers will come collect their money from me at my house if i dont pay him, nice threatening your customers! This project was not managed properly from the start, there was no communication from kennedy to his workers on what was expected. I had to come home every day and inspect as Kennedy was hardly ever around to manage the job. Today i sit with skew tiles all over my house, and a skew bedroom floor, not to mention a stand on bath which is now built in, poorly.
