Description  Fix washing machine spinning cycle not working. He diagnosed faulty pump and replaced it. But it did not work. He came back the next day but could not fix it. He promised to come back Monday to pick it up and fix it elsewhere. He never did. He did not contact me. Broken promise!!

Feedback  Admit if you don't know what the problem is. Don't make promises you will not keep. Don't rip off customers. I paid R1600 for nothing!

Description  He serviced my appliances which was my washing machine and my fridge, they were working but not really as good as they used to but after he serviced the appliances they are both like new now.

Feedback  He saved me a lot of money because instead of buying a new fridge and a new top loader washing machine I paid way less to to get them to work properly, I would definitely recommend him because he was very professional and he knew what he was doing.

Description  Had a call out put, got a prompt response from Steve, in all honesty he was more responsive than I was, I was afraid to call because I thought there was a call out charge, but Steve persistently called me, but then I found the courage to ask him out front,what is the call out charge and he replied, there is none, I was surprised 😮, and what! There is a charge for labor and parts, I said wow,then come out, a samsung fridge that fif work for 2 whole years was fixed by Steve in 7 minutes 😀 unbelievable, because a previous guy that came out ,gave him, a call out fee, and he said, you need to regas but all Steve did was replaced the computer and hoola it was on again, I didn't register but rather spent R 3000 buying a new fridge 😉 which was a waste, had I only known of Steve , I would have had R 2000 in the bank, moral of the story a good tech like Steve 😀 is always out there, thank you, I'm grateful for your insight, your advise and friendliness and your enthusiasm to help. A great job well done.

Feedback  The freezer section of my fridge was broken, it was not cold. So Steven came to fix it for me. He arrived on time on the day of the job, and I had no problems with him. The quality of his work is perfect.

Feedback  I had a problem with my washing machine, it would wash the laundry but the problem would be taking out the water. So he came to my house, emptied the water and repaired it. Since he did the job, I haven't experienced any problems. It was a job well done, he didn't take time, his charges were quite reasonable and I can recommend him to anyone.

Feedback  I contacted Steven and told him that my washing machine was not spinning and it needed to be repaired. He bought a part that he thought that if it was replaced then the washing machine would work basing on the problem I had told him. He installed it, cleaned the drum and it started working. The fact that he was confident enough to buy the part without him checking if it was the right part to be changed was excellent fault finding. He is professional and he knows his work. The quote was reasonable and I can recommend him.

When he was repairing I was busy so I never got to ask what the problem was. He didn't take time to repair it, I trusted him to deliver he knows his work.
