Feedback  I saw Stevens' (Leather Doctor) job advertisement online then i contacted him to fix my lounge suit for me, they came and collected them from my house to their factory for fixing as i needed them to do upholstering for me and change the material to genuine leather, and i was very happy with their work. Their pricing was affordable, they came with samples of leather and colors then they went and bought exactly what i chose and did exactly what i wanted, I was happy with their service and their timing was good, I recommend them.

Feedback  STEVEN NAIDOO FROM THE LEATHER DOCTOR invoiced me R45 000 for a job on the 26 October 2022. I paid him the deposit of R36 000. The job was meant to take 21 days. I asked for regular feedback, he kept stalling.. saying he will get the job done.. he is a good Christian, then the suppliers were closed. We finally agreed on the 27 January 2023, he then said his brother was ill..On the Tuesday prior to.the 27th, he finally sent pictures of my couches, however they were just stripped with no work done to recover them in the genuine leather as per invoice. He said he will get his lawyer to send me a letter with a resolution however I have still not reacieved that letter. Please do not do business with STEVEN NAIDOO FROM LEATHER DOCTOR.. he takes your hard earned money and takes his clients for fools. This has been a harsh experience that I would not want any other person to experience.. I can not say it enough .. stay away from this.business.

Feedback  Steven Naidoo took R36 000 of my money as a deposit. On 26 October 22. He has not completed the job.. he is a compulsive lier and now avoids any contact. To today 3 March 23 he has still not returned my deposit. I have opened a case..

Feedback  A few years ago my couch needed a repair from small damage on the 2 seater which was fine perfectly.We changed the color of the lounge suit at the same time , but on the 3 seater couch there was a patch that I wasn't happy with (no fault of Steven) and although he came to my house to improve it after a while i wasn't happy with the new colour.I recently decided to change back to the original colour and Steven also re-filled the very well worn seat on the 3 seater. He came and collected the couches (from 3 different locations)and the work he did looks very good. I am very happy with the outcome and I have recommended his services to a client of ours.
