He was responsibilities include schedule preparation, pre-planning, and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project, and project delivery management. Rosh ensured the project was built as per the design. We got what we paid for and I am happy as I was robbed before by these dodgy side of the road builders.
