Description  Mr Thabo installed rain water gutters all over the house.

Feedback  Mr Thabo and his boys installed gutters for 2 days. and he told us that the job is complete and whatever challenge we experience after installation, we should inform him. Unfortunately after 2 days day it rained and there was flood gates of water all over the yard from the leakages on the corners of the gutters. Thabo was contacted several times and he promised tocome or send his boy to come to assess the leakages and it never happened until today. What a bad service we received from this guy and I even regret ever coming across kaunda pros. The incompetence as shown by leakages all over the gutters and we have paid the guy in full. If this is the type of service he always rendered then iam very disappointed and I don't think he should still be under your company. Going around praising themselves that they can deliver only to deliver incompetence and never return to correct their incompetence. Disappointing indeed. He should still come and fix these leakages as I have paid him in full.
