Feedback  I had a toilet leak problem as well as a drainage blockage before I called in Mr W.T to help with the problem. He started by smartly fixing the toilet leak and then he moved to investigating and tracing the drainage problem. After a lengthy investigation, he found out that it was only a municipality problem that he could not just jump on to. He atleast managed to solve our problems and identified the other. Despite his great service, he was also willing to negotiate the prices.

Description  Removed an old geyser and replaced it with a new geyser

Feedback  They failed to issue me with the CoC for the work even though that was the basis of selecting him. They makes promises but doesn’t fullfill them. The job was completed 7weeks ago. He broke my ladder and hasn’t replaced it. They also burnt my carpet where they chose to work to cut piping. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. Disappointing especially as he was paid in full and afforded multiple opportunities to correct errors.
