Feedback  The guys neither knew nor had the experience of the job at hand. Every part of the installation from the joining of the door panels, the fixing the aluminium tracks for the door wheels, there was an almost 10 cm gap between the wall and the garage door and the springs were incorrectly installed resulting in them not being able to lift/open the door. It was a mess up, to say the least. Eventually, Magic Doors (Door manufacturers) had to disassemble everything and start the installation from scratch. Thank God that the door could not open because, accordingly to Magic doors feedback to both Dave and myself, if we had used the garage, there was a high likelihood that the door could have snapped off and crushed the cars. The only positive in the end was that Dave was gracious in accepting that they lacked both experience and know-how as this was their only second installation. He paid Magic Doors out of his pocket to get them to dismantle and rebuild from scratch. My expectation was that these are vetted service providers with credible track records especially considering the dander/harm to human lives and the damage to property this could cause.
